Open Applications
The Open Applications page is accessible through the top right navigation button on the Store Overview. This page displays a list of products where an application has been initiated and is currently in progress.
Empty States
If there are no open applications, an empty state is shown instead.
Open Applications Status
The following four different statuses of open applications can be used:
- In Progress: Indicated by a blue Badge. The application has been started, and progress is saved. The user can continue from where they left off.
- Pending: The application is under review and awaiting approval.
- Rejected: Action is needed by the customer to proceed, such as providing additional documents.
- Approved: The application is approved.
