Heuristics Playbook
Based on Jakob Nielsen’s 10 Heuristics, the Design Chapter at George has created a playbook to help conduct reviews more efficiently.
It is a comprehensive guide that includes templates, checklists, and recommendations to make the review process simple and easy. It will assist in preparing, executing, and concluding heuristics reviews.
Why should you do a review?
First, reviewing flows helps to constantly improve the usability of a product. Secondly, these reviews contribute to the ongoing improvement of designs by incorporating heuristics into the design process over time.
As part of the Design Chapter Objectives & Key Results, we aim to train our Product Owners, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance and Developers to apply the Heuristics in our daily work.
